Registration Information
All Registrations Include: CD ROM Proceedings, Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet and Coffee Breaks
The registration deadline for authors is 3 February 2014.
PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE CogSIMA Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Author Registration rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Authors cannot register at a student rate. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for up to three (3) papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE CogSIMA 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
One author can present three (3) papers with one registration. The maximum number of pages for each paper, either oral or poster paper, is seven (7) pages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to cogsimareg@ieee.org and received by 14 February 2014. No refunds will be provided after this date. There will be a US $100 administrative fee deducted from each refund.
